He is also a seasoned Senior Manager with extensive leadership and coaching experience across Fortune 25 companies (Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Nabisco), the U.S. Air Force, the ministry, and nonprofit board governance. His background and experiences offer a unique perspective and deep insights into the challenges and opportunities of modern leadership. Kelvin’s career journey—from route sales to senior management, from retail backroom floors to nonprofit boardroom doors—illustrates resilience, adaptability, and vision.
Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Kelvin is a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. He helps leaders in businesses, ministries, nonprofits, and community organizations grow in influence, communication, and emotional intelligence. His passion for leadership development shows his lifelong dedication to empowering others and building cultures of accountability, collaboration, and purpose.
Kelvin has been married to his wife, Paulette, for 39 years. He is a man who loves God and enjoys learning. He is always seeking direction for growth and more opportunities to serve others. Becoming a Career Coach is that opportunity for Kelvin – he sees it as a way to practically apply spiritual principles to everyday life and business, helping others get unstuck, discover their God-given purpose, and push through their fears, distractions, and obstacles to be more, to have more, and to do more.
Kelvin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Service Administration from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
